As business and technology evolves, we may need to change this Privacy Notice. We encourage you to regularly review this Privacy Notice to make sure you are up-to-date with how Actitudes Coaching is using your personal data.
Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable person (e.g. a name but also an IP address). The law, dated 11th September 2007, concerning the protection of personal data (LPrD: RSV 172.65) stipulates that everyone has the legal right to the protection of his/her privacy and the protection against the misuse of data concerning him/her.
We use a variety of measures to keep your Personal Data confidential and secure, including restricting access to your Personal Data on a need to know basis and following appropriate security standards to protect your data.
Communication between your browser and the server hosting our website is encrypted. Your personal data is transmitted securely using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. We protect our website and other systems by reasonable measures against loss, destruction, access, modification and disclosure of your data by unauthorized persons. Despite our robust measures, we cannot guarantee that your data will not be altered, destroyed, subject to unauthorized access or misuse.

What data do we collect?
- The personal data that you give to us, e.g. make a purchase, contact us, provide feedback, fill in a form or questionnaire, participate in one of our programs or coaching sessions, send us an email, and call us.
- The data that we create (e.g., when you make a purchase, and data that is collected automatically when you access our website, e.g. IP address, device ID, or what browser you use). You can see our Cookies notice for more information on these technologies.
Why do we process your personal data?
We process your Personal Data, including any sensitive personal data that you have provided to us with your consent, to communicate with you, fulfil your purchase orders, answer your queries, provide accurate measurements when conducting assessments or coaching sessions, technical administration, and provide you with communications about Actitudes Coaching and our services. We also process your Personal Data in order to help us comply with the law (We may be required to disclose this data to third parties in the event of the fulfilment of a legal obligation, in particular pursuant to the Federal Act on the Supervision of Postal and Telecommunications Correspondence (SCIPT) and its implementing ordinances).
We only use your Personal Data so that we can understand you better to improve and personalize your experience when interacting with us.
Who can access your personal data and why?
We limit the disclosure of your Personal Data to others; however, we do need to disclose your Personal Data in certain instances and mainly to the following recipients:
- With your consent, third parties/partners engaged by us to provide services such as programs, and assessments/testing for your benefit, which are subject to appropriate protections. Any third parties or partners receive only the data necessary for the task entrusted to him/her and is bound by our confidentiality requirements.
What are your rights over your personal data?
Whenever we ask you to provide us with any Personal Data, you will be told why we need it and how it will be used. Your Personal Data will only be processed for the purposes set out in our Privacy Notice, or any other further purposes notified to you before the processing begins. If you choose not to provide Personal Data when we ask you, this may limit the services we can offer you. For example, if you do not provide your personal details, we cannot conduct your assessment/measurement/test.
In accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act, if you share Personal Data with us, you have a right to (i) request access (i.e. to ask us what data we have about you, and obtain a copy), (ii) ask for changes to be made or (iii) to have the data deleted. Cookies or other cookies are used and may automatically record personal information (e.g. IP address, browser or device used). These cookies help to make the use of the website more pleasant and to collect information for analysis purposes (see the Google Analytics chapter).
We remind you that search and navigation data may be processed for advertising targeting purposes. This data is then used, in particular, for purposes related to advertising, statistical measures, geolocalized advertising or analysis of the behavior of Internet users in order to personalize the advertising addressed to them.
All recent browsers allow Internet users to oppose the recording of cookies but also to perform browsing sessions at the end of which cookies installed during this session are deleted (e.g. Private Navigation on Chrome mode).
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. “(“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help us analyze how users navigate and use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers that may be located outside of Google.
Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating website usage, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf.
Google has also adhered to the “Privacy Shield” legal framework covering Switzerland-US relations in terms of data protection. Furthermore, Google anonymizes your IP address before it is saved.
Sharing buttons (social networks)
You can find buttons on our site to share content from our site on social networks. When you click on one of these buttons, your browser establishes a link with the corresponding social network. If you are logged into your relevant network profile, it may then record the fact that you have opened the relevant content page on our website.
Other technical means
We use – on a permanent or ad hoc basis – other analysis tools to better understand how Internet users interact with our site (e.g. a tool for tracking mouse movements on our pages that allows us to improve the layout of content and the quality of navigation).
The data collected is usually the Internet user’s IP address, the type of device and browser used. They do not allow us to identify an Internet user by name.
