Frédéric Meuwly, Ph.D.

Working closely with companies who are convinced that an employee’s work-life balance contributes to the overall performance of their business, Fred became a coaching specialist after 10 years professional experience in the pharmaceutical business where he was leading product development teams at an international level.

Convinced that the value and performance of a project lies in its team members, he has always “Coached” people to develop new skills and realise their full potential.

His reconversion from a Doctorate in Life Sciences to a fully qualified coach via specialised training at IMD now finds him contributing his skills to the team.

Mark Guilbert, M.DIP. EPST

Mark has served as a trusted Peak Performance Coach across the world. A recognized authority on energy management, he holds nine different diplomas associated with his profession and has worked with high profile celebrities from the world of politics, sport and entertainment. All his training qualifications were acquired with Premier Global Ltd, the top training company in the United Kingdom for Health & Performance professionals.
An ex-professional roller hockey player, vice-champion of Italy, UEFA cup winner and European cup finalist, he was voted Best Goalkeeper at the Junior European Championships in Barcelona 1984 plus British Player of the Year in 1987. He has made 102 appearances for his country, 52 as captain. He has also competed in many duathlon Powerman World Series races and twice completed the famous world long distance championships in Zofingen, Switzerland.

Andrea Zahno, Psychologue FSP

Passionate about exploring the complexity of the functioning of organizations and its impact on individuals, Andrea helps companies to find solutions to create a healthy workplace environment that empowers people to contribute in a meaningful way to collective success. Navigating in today’s fast moving and demanding professional world is an ongoing challenge for companies as well as for individuals. Helping people to develop skills that allow them to handle pressure in a constructive way and to make sound decisions is another core element of Andrea’s contribution.
Andrea holds a master’s degree in science and is a qualified psychologist. She is trained in the systemic approach, which opens a more integrated view of organizations and offers insights into complexity.
Andrea has thirteen years of experience in providing training, coaching and consulting services to organizations and individuals.
